Shipping Policy for Creative Cups

 

1. Processing Time:

Most orders are custom made, and processing times may vary. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. You will be notified once your item is shipped.

During busy times please allow up to 21 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

2.  Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options which you can select at checkout. Please select your preferred shipping option. Costs will be calculated based on your location and chosen shipping option.  Please contact us to advise you if you require shipping support.

3. Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, they are based on weight, destination, and selected shipping option chosen.

4. Order Tracking:

Confirmation emails will be sent once your item has been shipped. This will contain tracking information. You can use this to track your parcel.

5. Delivery Times:

Delivery times are based on location and selected delivery method, these times may vary. We aim to meet the estimated delivery times for all orders however, sometimes unexpected delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather, carrier delays or strikes.
